1. Check the spelling of the recipient of the mail. 2. Our server rejects emails from domains / servers which tend to send a lot of spam or use an outdated confiuration. To check if your provider has such problems, you can use tools like mxtoolbox or heise spam check . | Please check your spam folder, especially if you’re using e-mail services from Microsoft (like hotmail.de or outlook.com) or Gmail. |
